The PV manufacturing base is built against mountains and has two vertically arranged docks. The whole manufacturing layout is akin to a structure of 卍. The factory adopts a smart logistics system to facilitate the manufacturing process. Since the dock at the second floor is connected with the PV lines, raw materials fed into the second-floor dock will be transport by the lift to the first floor to make solar modules. Covering an area of 140,000m2, the factory is one with the largest single building area among all the solar panel facilities, producing 182mm and 210mm TOPCon solar modules with high conversion efficiency.
