MBB Cell Stringer Machine, MS40K
Used for automatic multi busbar PV cell soldering
MBB cell stringer machine of MS40K is an automatic machine used for serial connection between crystalline silicon solar cells. The soldering machine can be applied to 3BB~12BB solar cells of 156mm, 182mm, 210mm and 230mm. The stringer machine adopts advanced automation technologies in terms of PLC, servo motor, four-axis industrial robot and machine vision to realize automatic production of cell strings.

Cell gap: 1.8-6mm and ±0.2mm deviation; adjustment is needed when the gap is between -1mm and -0.5mm or 0.5mm and 1.5mm;
